Thanks guys, that's definitely my first undefeated season, my teams getting older though so will have to see if they can maintain it another year. I'd be tipping Colah Creek for the title next year, all their young Australians are starting to reach their peeks.

@bronte Nah the same striker got 105 goals last year in the league, i think hes a little short of his last season total from all comps as well. (Think he got 132 from memory) So he needs a big league cup to beat that.

Great effort from Stephen Little though, my CDM got second and was no where near him.

That was by far the best season we've had so far! Congrats mate, I was hoping I could get lucky and sneak past you but looks like the better team won in the end It's on next season, take no prisoner, show no mercy, etc etc.

Looking at my finances to trim.... This season I spent $223million on Staff salaries and only $109million of player salaries.

About to sack (or expire) my expensive 200 OR staff to save some $$$.

How'd everyone else - are your total staff salaries twice your player salaries?

My staff this year have only been $167M while my player salaries were $129M, but yeah id definitely sack some staff if youre paying that much!

I'm worse than both of you: $325m staff, $145m players. Why aren't I winning the comp?

Kane Billington has played what "may" be his final season - scoring a career best 92 goals. Depending on his CL reduction his return is, at this time, up in the air.

If this has been his last season, he ends with records that may never be surpassed by an Australian born player.

He was named Man of the Match 292 times and made the Team of the Day an incredible 214 times.

In all competitions his statistics are even more impressive.

He has participated in League matches, National Cups, League Cups, Champions Leagues, World Cups, Intercontinental Cups, PPM Football Challenge Cups.

If this has indeed been his final season, he's set records that my stand for many many seasons.

Speaking from a national team point of view, Billington tops the all time list for games played (174), goals scored (64) and man of the match performances (34).

Technically, he's still the number 2 striker although I was preferring Roberts this season to prepare for the future. But I would be surprised if he doesn't remain in the national squad next season. We'll see what the next manager does

Billington is sure to be the Australian record holder for all those stats for many seasons by the looks of it!
