It's not a bug. Use white background for logo instead of transparent.
If club logos are displayed correctly even if they have transparent background, NT logos should display correctly too..
You need to make and set small logo for clubs. For NTs you don't set small logos but they are automatically made from big ones by game...
I don't know. I think that you need to ask some graphic maker who works for PPM: ThomasHK, Orko, wildone79, Ketchi, Ma7 or dilong.

in qualification or WC or NT games?
in qualification there's home advantage, in other games no
sum 100*(PTS*MT*OR) for every game..
PTS = points for game (win-3, winOT-2,tie-1,lossOT-1,loss-0)
MT-match type..different coefficient for different types of match
OR- oponnent's rating, coefficient for actual ranking of opponent
