OK SO new chemistry gain in NT friendlies will be from interval<4,5>, everyone who gained more then 5 in first match, his chemistry was decreased to 5. ANOTHER BIG CHANGE is that loss of season energy in nt matches will be twice as big as it is in normal matches!!!!!

I don't know Mike's opinion, but my is, that in hockey the NT players were vrey tired at the end of the season, and many players wasn't enought fit for NT maches (because of the many high important matches), and this caused some problems for the captains. I think it's a very good think, to separate the energy.

I think the main reason is that before all the problem was in the side of the NT manager (he had to manage the energy during the WC and there were no problems for the owner of the player).
In football it's different, since the qualifying matches are playing during the season, the owners of the players would also suffer with the energy spent by the NT manager in the current system
