I am guessing there is a ppm magazine article on the calculations of this.. but I can't find it. how do you know how much you are saving with your maintenance and staff? I found one on HR but its questioned on if it is the same %'s in other facilities...

You can calculate it using the information in your financial report as well as the values provided in the guide. Basically each level gives 2% savings. A level 5 cuts your daily costs by 10% while a level 10 cuts them by 20%.

Then you factor in staff, but due to their salaries they are almost pointless.

Thank you. looks like with a level 9 maint I am saving 22% with my staff, going to unassign both tonight and see how much I save without them. see if they pay their salaries... which looks like they wont

thanks for the good info. looks like it will take me 2 seasons to pay for the level 8 maintenance I started. but my staff costs 9000 and saves me 25000 so thats a win!

Suprising victory for the Mineurs today as they beet the Canadiens 4-3 in overtime. Serrano is awesome since the start of the season and I hope he can maintain it. I know the season is very young but if I continue like that I got a chance to get a playoff spot
