I think the issue is the "purpose" of the draft.
As Vlady has mentioned before, the idea of the draft is to give managers a chance to directly influence their pulls by being able to scout and prioritise the players we get from the draft.
Essentially it's a fancy youth school system.

And it's why the actual way is inefficient : managers will not spend some time to influence their pulls if their are sure to not pull out the players once they arrive in their academy.
With my system, you still can influence that : if you need some defensemen, you will scout all the D's available at the draft, and try to pick one ore two top prospects a year.

I agree. To me the draft isn't worth the time it takes to scout all the players. We only get a few good pulls a season (AT MOST) so pulling bad draft players is no different from any other week. yes, quite disappointed here.
Give a 4* player to a team that havent seen 3* in 160+ pulls.
Giving a first draft place to a bottom team is noncence. You give it to a managerless team or motivate teams to loose games and drop on purpose.
First place picks in drafts usually go to last place teams.
That said, I do agree that no-name teams or inactive teams should not be part of the draft, and that only teams managed by real people should be eligible for those players.
As for losing on purpose... that's a strategy that some teams might opt to use. But that does happen in the real world, too.

They just complicated things in draft. Now introducing random draft order like it makes a diference with normal draft. It makes difference couse propack owners will get more good pulls compared to others that cant make PPM priority in their lifes. If you play 3 sports your life will turn to scouting and drafting in PPM

It would be nice to have more awards.
For instance there are many cool awards in NHL that could be taken over (obviously not with same names)...
List of NHL awards and how they can be presented in PPM
Hart Memorial Trophy - To the league's most valuable player. In PPM player who was selected as a game star most of the times. If players been star equal amount of time - given to the one spent less time in the game. If time in game is same to the player with higher amount of points.
Lady Byng Memorial Trophy - Player who exhibited outstanding sportsmanship and gentlemanly conduct with high standard of playing ability. In PPM player who has lowest number of penalty minutes, if more than 1, highest +/- ranking, if more than one has same, higher number of minutes played.
Calder Memorial Trophy - Awarded to the league's most outstanding rookie player. In PPM player who plays his first season (if didn't play but was training in academy and was part of the team not counted) and got most points.
James Norris Memorial Trophy - Awarded to the defenseman who demonstrates throughout the season the greatest all-round ability in position. In PPM defenceman who has highest +/- ranking if more than one has same, higher number of minutes played.
Conn Smythe Trophy - Awarded to the most valuable player for his team in the playoffs. In PPM player who was in the three stars most of the time. If more than one and one of them is goaltender - goaltender get's the price; if more than one without goaltender calculating on amount of points.
Bill Masterton Memorial Trophy. Awarded to the player who best exemplifies the qualities of perseverance, sportsmanship and dedication to hockey. In PPM among injured players through the season the one who got most points. If 2 have same result - one with longer injury get's the award. If more than one have same amount of days, player with higher +/- gets the price.
Frank J Selke Trophy - Awarded to the forward who best excels in the defencive aspects of the game. In PPM winger or center who has smallest amount of penalty minutes, if more than one player with highest +/-, if more than one player who spent more time at Penalty Kill.
William M. Jennings Trophy - Awarded to the goalkeeper having played a minimum of 25 games with fewest goals scored against in the regular season. In PPM - same story.
NHL Plus-Minus Award - Awarded to the player with the highest +/- statistics in the regular season. In PPM - same.
King Clancy Memorial Trophy - Awarded to the player who best exemplifies leadership qualities on and off the ice and has made a noteworthy humanitarian contribution in his community. In PPM there is no much community work
) so I would say Captain or Assistant who got most points for the team.
Roger Crozier Saving Grace Award - Awarded to the goaltender who has played a minimum of 25 games in the regular season and has the highest save percentage. Same story in PPM.
NHL General Manager of the Year Award - Awarded to the top National Hockey League General Manager. In PPM manager who advanced most places since last season... for example if my team finished last season 3rd and this season 1st I advanced 2 places. If somebodies else team last season used to be 20th and this season end up at 9th place they got 11 places up... so General Manager would win over me even though I got 1st place in the league.

What you think?
feeding bureaucracy
Do devs think about injury reserve change in hockey? imo its wrong, that if you have injured first line LW, automaticly there goes reserve LW who overall is crappy. better would be if there would be automatic second line lw promotion to first line and so on. and then in third/four line automaticly place reserve.

Thank you for your suggestions and feedback, we will revise them and inform you of our decision.
please take another look at the division all star team, there is absolutely no logic in when a player is in the team.
