Hockey/PeeWee league

Every league will have subleague where only 15-16yrs old players play. Like some kind of mini PeeWee tournament between teams. In a PeeWee team will only play 7-11 players (2-3 lines of 3vs3 +goalie) or (1 line 5vs5 +goalie). Playing time could be shorter. New smaller hockey stadium (max 1000seats). Game/league mechanics stay the same. NO fouls/powerplay. Player can only play 1 game per day.

This will...
-encourage ppl to invest in young players
-2 games per day--> yeah baby
-raise exp/chem of 15-16yrolds
-more new/young ppl will stay playing PPM

No point in launching new campaigns for Nordics if we are losing managers daily because they have only nonames to compete with - nothing's gained. The Finnish league-forums in lower leagues are filled with this and they really are quitting, not just chatting. Re-arrange Finnish leagues in both sports asap, please.

we cannot rearrange the leagues during the season.

The current energy should be shown for "For sale" marked players in the player market. That would make it possible to buy high energy players for the important matches for example in international cups and league playoffs.

I think it would be interresting to have the age of the players too.
It will be more easier to compared them, and see the future stars, and also more easily be able to locate his own players.

Might be interesting at a glimpse but since you have only 10 players you can compare not sure it's worth it...you just have to click and Check

So it would be nice to have the top rankings per age

This is not what you need. You need a tool specially made for NT managers to be able to see potentially good players for your NT team. (age, OR, unscouted Q's,sorted by positions).
With this sort of tool, you could then have a quick glimpse at the players you need to scout or follow.

New PRO option where you can speed up building time of facilities with credit. Lets say max 5days/season/100credit or 5-10% quicker building time. This new option will be handy for people whos "Human resources and economic department" will be contructed few days after the season (day 1-4).. +younger players could grow faster..+more credit spend=more money 4 developers.

And then you would have teams gaining an advantage over other ones just by buying credits. This will not be accepted.

Number of bonus days will be limited! Only 1 time per season or some other restriction. Gaining few days per season is nothing.

It is something. It's a turn for the worse in means of game development policies. Credits/PRO should make the game more enjoyable but not help the team competitively in any way - no matter how small the effect. I don't mind spending something for the game - I have - but this principle should stay is my opinion.

Do you think it would be possible to load our own player faces as a pack pro option or for few credits (ex: surnames)?

I'm not interested in paying for surnames but more interested in having my own pictures, or even collecting player cards would be the best!
