Dear god.... This is just insane. 41 days until PPM's first 20,000 seat arena. hockey.powerplaymanager.c...
here's my advice:
1) always try to build up your Training Facility and Sport Academy
2) DON'T invest in stadium until you have level 14 or 15 Training Facility (it costs TOO much to maintain stadium)
3) Once your Training Facility is up, you can try players faster and then sell them for cash (use these cash to re-invest in Training Facility)

The amount of money you'd be losing in ticket sales would be insane. I think you should at least upgrade 1 section.
I got screwed over by my staff strategy. I'd still be in I.1 if I hadn't let the expensive costs of staff hurt my team.
BTW, I'm not saying that your strategy is bad (it's obviously worked for you), I'm just saying that I think it could be improved by adding in a bit of arena construction.

I thought the exact same thing. The only problem is - I'm hardly making money as it is. Player salaries are only going to rise and I don't have any big players I can unload. Thus I'm forced to find income elsewhere. Logical place: ticket sales.
As far as the SA goes. That is such a lottery which I've constantly lost I won't be investing in it any further.

Ya. I've given up on my SA focusing my attentions on training facilities and regen.
you can focus on Training facilities and regen too. Cuz once u get to level 14/15 training facility, u can just buy players from the market and train them. so this strategy works too.
ofc u dun make much money with the players u are selling. They are old and have low OR. so demand for them is low.

I can't sell any better players or I'll be relegated. I hadn't got much in the form of pulls in the first 3-4 seasons. 
icic, i see ur point. if i were in ur position right now, this is what i would do:
just make sure u don't spend any more money buying old players (17yrs old and plus) from the market. Instead, save up the money and build level 14 training facility.

That is the plan, more or less. I only buy med-OR high-Q and even then I doubt I'll make any purchases this season. This season all I'm going to do is top up my completed arena sections with snack bars, skyboxes etc and save for training lvl 14. I should have enough to do that. It'll take all season more or less though hahahahah
