A couple seasons ago I dropped most of my original players and went with youth. My youth are beginning to mature now.
It's paying off. I'm debating doing that for my div2 stint. HOWEVER. I don't have much youth. Sooooooo I'm trying to find some since my SA doesn't treat me like yours.
oh my SA isn't that great. I have a couple good players, the rest I've just trained for 2-3 straight seasons. Having two rosters really helps maximize their training.
I have only 5 players over 80 AQ. According to my unscouted report of your team, you have 8 players of 80AQ

Just that fact that you have better than Rowan Craig makes me want to wretch all over your nicest pair of shoes. I have had 1 pull over 72 AQ, and his aggression Q is too low.
I like this II.4 thing... 7 of the top 20 OR guys are on my club. I may have to make this a multi-season stay
