It is probably easier to succeed for us, but we also get less OTR pr win, as our opponents are weaker. So overall we might get about the same OTR in the league as big teams in big countries. The problem is, that they get a lot more national cup matches then us. They also can get more OTR in champions league/cup winner cup then us (usually). I won both the league, the playoffs and the national cup last season. I ended up with less OTR then the season before. And I did not stand a chance against the other teams in champions league, so not a lot of OTR to pick up there.

The top OTR team in small countries (2 league levels) is the danish Watford. I think he is around 40-50 in the world looking at OTR. Most of the top teams in small countries have around my OTR, and is placed around 100 in top OTR in the world.

Looking at the top OTR in the world, out of the top 10 teams only 2 of them plays in a smaller country (3 league levels), the other 8 have 4 or more league levels.

So they may say that it is easier to succeed and gather huge OTR, but the stats tell a different story...

The amount of teams in 2 league level countries is so small that it's statistically very likely that there's not top 10 teams from there. Here's the list of top 24 teams in terms of AOR22 to support my further statements

In that list, teams from Brazil, Serbia, Croatia, Great-Britain and Spain have only 3 league levels which leads to smaller sponsor offers. Despite of that, there's 10 teams in TOP24 from those countries.

On the other hand 15280 teams out of 20598 teams in the whole PPM hockey play in the countries of 4 or more divisions. To take that into account, 14/24 seems very fair in my opinion.

When talking about the countries with 2 league levels, there's only 6 of them: Denmark (I think they had 3 levels earlier), Belgium, Bosnia & Herzegovina, Estonia, Norway and Irland. Those 6 countries have total of 433 hockey teams which is 2% of all teams in the PPM. I'm not really surprised that none of them makes it in TOP 0,1% of teams in the game.

So now you might think that AOR22 means nothing but in my opinion it means a lot to determine how well the team can handle the money and how good their players are but if you think that OTR is the only thing that matters, here's the TOP 24 teams in terms of OTR:

This time there's 9 teams from countries of 3 league levels and 15 teams from countries with 4 league levels. That doesn't really change my earlier statements. With these statistic I think there's nothing really wrong with the system.

They were actually the only one which doesn't change the fact that compared to the total number of teams, there's more 3 league level clubs than 4 league level clubs in the top 25.

Okay then, I saw that regrouping will be held in many countries so I thought that they have similar problems as Croatia...sory

I can categorically say that this is simply not true.

Less NC games to play, less OTR for winning games, less prize money, less sponsorship and so on.

That may not be true for the best teams in the small leagues but that's how worse I-division teams and II-division teams see the case in bigger countries. They would rather dominate a smaller league gaining 400 OTR than struggling in a bigger league with 320 OTR.

I wouldn't say it was fair if you were TOP 10 team in terms of OTR only because 90% of teams in your league have no idea how to really manage their teams successfully.

So let's make the difference in terms of sponsorship based on the quality of the league.. not in the number of users.. like I said.. less users doesn't mean less quality...

If I decide to spam today and, due to a miracle, get enough newbies to create a 4th tier.. I will receive more money next season.. but the quality of the my league will remain exactly the same.

The same for the opposite example, for the countries that were "downgraded" this season.. to have less users in lower league doesn't mean the top league has now less quality than in last season

The last part I don't really agree with at all, I mean, they get a hell of a lot less money than I do from sponsorships, etc, etc...

The biggest factor in this game is money, the more you have, the better you do.

Of course you have to do well at the start in order to get there, but you know what I am trying to say.

question about credit tournaments...
if a manager decides to quit credit tournament before it has even started, do they get their entry fee credits back or do they lose it?

what makes you think it's not possible. I am sure you could find plenty of similar examples in real life.

depends what do you mean by quitting. Once a user is approved by the tournament admin, he cannot quit it. But if he unregisters before that, he gets the credits back of course.

It seems to me- I never haven't seen game, where shooting is 57:11 or similar, but result 2:2 If opponent shoot twice and shhoting was 57:22, it will be OK, but this game is to one goal

What are you talking about? Games like that happen all the time in real life. One team completely dominates the game but then the other team hits them on the counter attack and goes on to win the match.
