I wonder what attributes make a good captain.

I just got competitive in handball and basketball. I want to in soccer to. Any tips?

The only real difference I have noticed between soccer and b-ball is in how the players get trained. Pay attention to that, and follow the same plan you did in the other, and you'll be fine.

How is rating determined? i have a player that is a 914 OR but his rating is only at an 8. I also have another player that is a 714 but plays with a 14 rating, is there anything i can do to get my player to play better.

I can't say for certain since I don't have a soccer club but based on my experience of ratings in basketball. Someone that is one dimensional, not trained correctly, or is playing out of position can lead to a high OR player having low ratings

I scouted Brahim Muhsin and the reason he gets a low rating is that his attributes are not well balanced. He has 402 Off, which means he should have at least 250 Pas and Tec, and about 100 or so Spe and Hea as a CF. Those are minimums - many managers like to train secondaries at even higher ratios relative to the primary.

Make sure to read the guide, and in particular, the "Players" section (soccer.powerplaymanager.c... ), which will tell you how to train your players.

Ugh! Something went wrong when I signing my General Sponsorship contract and it lagged when I was selecting my contract and although I had originally clicked on the contract that I had wanted, the game had actually had shifted and I ended up actually selecting the contract just below the one I wanted, which was the only one I did not want. Is there any chance that I can have my deal removed and get new offers for the last two days? I'll understand if that can't happen. I am so mad at my computer right now (I signed the worse offer of the three).

You would probably have to contact someone with PPM directly, but either way I'm pretty sure the answer would be no.

Are there any other benefits for training camps besides what it says in the guide?

What are some good formations to use. Im currently using a 4-3-3. Thats about the only one I know though. Not a soccer player or fan really.

4-4-2 tends to be most popular in this game. Generally, you want a more offensive formation against weaker teams and a more defensive formation against stronger teams. For instance, against a much better team, something like 6-3-1 could be effective. That way, you have maybe 8 players and a keeper defending against the ~4-5 offensive players on the other team, with the hop that the lone forward can convert on a hail mary type pass.

Generally, you can create a formation based on whether you want to prioritize offense or defense, perhaps emphasizing a particular side.

Also keep in mind the strength of the opposing team's players at particular positions. In addition, your RD will defend against the players from the other team's left side.

There might be a penalty if you use an excessively weird formation.
