Are you guys staying afloat with the salary of players/staff, arena cost, etc compared to what you get from General and media contracts?

Keep going on your arena and your HR facility.

Always play your home games on Normal, because losing a home game on VL hurts your attendance a lot, which means your sponsors will drop and that you are and you will lose a big bunch of money.

Also I am only training my managers in marketing and not anymore in scouting because it become useless the moment you can scout more than 100% a day (HR level 12 ou 13 mayby).
Otherwise your staff seems good.

Cut the crap on useless players, especially the young guns who will never reach your first team on the long run. Do not hesitate to fire the ones with a poor LC path. 49 players is too much.

With only genral and media I would be a little in the red. With tickets merchandise sales etc I am in the red. Cut the young foreigners only keep foreigners that are first 4 lines. Also get down to 40 players. I carry very little staff cause they cost to much dough.

I pay about 4.6 million a day, 32 million per week.
My sponsors give me 12 millions per week each.

Each home game brings me more than 8 million in cash and friendly a little bit more than 1 million.

If I had not burned a lot of cash in player acquisitions and facilities improvements this season (nearly 200 million), the balance would not even have been upset.

Like others have said, keep focusing your upgrades on arena and HR until they are done.

Get rid of all extra staff - there is no reason to train up replacements given how cheaply they can be bought when your current members retire. Also get down to 40 players - there's no need to have more unless you're planning to be very active on the market, and even then, you have to be careful that fees don't eat up all potential profits from flipping players.
