lol. Missouri...St. Louis to be exact...when the Blues and North Stars and Kings and Penguins first came into the league. 
Grew up in Oregon, but I am in Florida. They've got a rollerhockey league here woo hoo!
Ohio - Living here again, lived in Louisville, Kentucky for awhile.
Indiana (across the river from Louisville), no NHL (or AHL) team within about 2.5 hours of me. 
Nice - quite friends of mine live over the bridge. I worked at Insight when I lived in Louisville.

Montana - born here and live here now. When in the Army Saw my first live hockey game Atlanta Flames play Boston back in the Bobby Orr days. Lived in the DC area to and watched the Caps.
Well, when I first got into hockey, I lived in Virginia. So I've been a Caps fan since shortly after that.
Currently, I don't have to cross the bridge. I'm going to school at the moment (the new GI bill is very nice). I'll probably head over there to see a Bats game a few times this year.

My wife's family is from Cincinnati, former home of the Cyclones and Mighty Ducks!
Long Island, NY... grew up 5 minutes from Nassau Coliseum, when the Isles were winning Cup after Cup, but became a Devils fan when they moved from Colorado. As a kid I loved the Rockies jerseys... and the fact that I stayed up late watching Isles-Rockies games out west.
