Well, it's not really a fallacy the way you stated it. If you had said "soon" instead of "at some stage", then it would be. But sure, sometime, probably within the next 5 years, you should have a good run.

I have a question about credit tournaments. I am currently playing a credit tournament which ends on 05.01.2013. I would like to enter another tournament, but it starts on 03.01., so there's an overlap on one game.

My question is, if (and that's a big if) i get to the finals or 3rd place game (05.01.), which game will be played from these 2, and which one will be canceled. I can easily get back from a group stage loss, but i do not want to forfeit a final or 3rd place game.

Anyone knows?

Why is it that the All-Star calculations take into account OTR?

I'm sorry, but since my team has a high OTR my players find it near impossible to make it into the All-Star Calculations.

This is just really frustrating when I have teams with similar OTS playing against me but because my OTR is much larger I miss out on the All-Star selections and subsequent popularity.

It is just somewhat frustrating.

I can understand the issue when playing against AI teams, but in a league full of controlled teams it is frustrating.

I always wondered how AS's were calculated. It wasn't a big deal to me at the time but, in this game hockey.powerplaymanager.c... I managed to shutout a team that was ranked MUCH better than me and whose goalie was rated TWICE as high as mine. And HIS goalie got the AS ?!?

So, as I understand it. His losing goalie won out over mine (don't forget the shutout) and got the requisite popularity bump just because I have done a better job of managing my OTR?

I understand you fellows have a lot going on and I, for one, am happy with most of the tweaks and appreciate that you guys continue to work to improve the game. That said, I second the motion that this is something that could (maybe even should) be rethought.

And now, a question of my own.

I have seen the news updates pertaining to drag and drop being implemented for soccer. Is this something you guys are considering for hockey?

I don't see how. The drag and drop only applies for the soccer substitutes, and hockey doesn't have those (not like soccer).
