It's about players who got in all star selection. Opposite goalie was chosen even though he had less savings than mine.

Maybe because he played against a stronger team than your goalie did ?!
Probably the PK saves more difficult plays and saves, the only big difference you might notice (except the goalie forces)...How many shots did you have over 5 PP?

Komanchi Raptors is stronger in "Total" than me, Radowan is stronger than Emerald...
I guess it's not about team strength ... but OTR ! As I see, you have higher OTR !

It could be that. I had 6 PP shots more and he had 6 regular shots more than me. That means PP shots are more valuable in this calculation.

Yep now you can compare and might see that Radowan has a better OTR with this game...we cannot know about the PP/PK shooting here
What do you mean by "normally"? Saves average?
Maybe some of them will tell us eventually who had more PP shots in that game.
