Yeah, I've finally got a few but finding it hard taking all these beatings and its only been 4 games, lol

Just tear it down and take the refund. Then rebuild it in your own image...
At this point just leave it as is and focus on the seating from now on. You would end up losing more money/time tearing it down. Just start upgrading to max medium standup one or 2 sections at a time so you don't lose too much attendance income at once. (try to time it when you have many away games in a row if you can. It's only 5 days each)
Ah I see. Guess I'll slowly do that. Going to just start saving all my money for hr/training and maybe academy for rest of the season. Hopefully I'll be able to have alot of money lol

If you look at each line strength, you will see that his 1st line is quite a bit better than yours. This line got the majority of the scoring. A better defense on your first pair might have helped.

Yeah, that one line that is twice as good as all your lines had more than a third of the playtime, so they really capitalized on it, and your goalie wasn't up to par. You may want to invest on a goalie who is better than the rest of your team - after all, that is the ONE player that is basically always on the ice.
Add that to the fact they were the home team, and that Normal is the most random tactic in terms of outcomes, and that result isn't all that wild.

Hey everyone, how do training programs work? I couldn't find anything in the guide about them. Maybe I'm blind though haha. I don't quite understand how to set them up and use them properly. Thanks!

I have 79,000,000 what should i be investing in, seats (not really sure how it works to be honest, currently have 2k seats large stand up) - 13 training, 14 sports academy/HR), i know i cant afford to up training but been kinda stuck unsure where to progress, feels like ive been in same spot for awhile as a free player haha

Seats appear like the best investment for you. Go for triple levels right away (may require a loan?). This will improve your attendance and sponsors more than any facility can (since you seem to have upgraded them quite a bit already).
I agree with SC. As long as you are selling 90% of your available seating as an average, your best bet is to keep increasing seating. Triple levels are your best bet long term. Not sure I would recommend a loan, as they involve interest payments.
Personally, I am okay with loans for upgrading seats, as that is the best way to increase income and will get a return on investment fairly easily. I generally will not take out a loan for facilities, and absolutely never for buying players or staff.
