Does TOI affect chemistry boost?

It affects how much chem is gained yes.

I am training my goalie 100G/45P/55T because his Pass quality is bad and his technique quality is good, is that stupid or my goalie is going to be as strong as a 100/50/50?

I don't think that would be a problem. The 100-50-50 is a guide only, and you'd be surprised how many managers will actually use different ratios. 100-60-40 and 100-40-60 are other ratios i've heard used with success also, so no reason yours wont work.

Also, I asked this question already on the french forum, but I just want a few more opinion. To reduce the number of penality that my DEF take and to increase their attack contribution, I decided to go for something like : 100D/15A/50P/20T/50A.

Is 20T enough? Is 15A a waste of training? Should I do the same for Fowards(train 15D or somthing to increase their ability to defense)? I know it wont change the Force of the team probably, but is there gonna be results on the ice?

I go for 75% of main for technique.

Are you talking about Offense or shooting for your 15A? Don't train offense at all for defense men. Only train shooting if they have a good shooting Q, and train it however much you like. If they have really high shooting you can go for half of main attribute and they'll be pretty effective.

15A is 15O (offense), sorry, different letter in french :p, ok ill go a bit higher for technique for defensman,

But when i read the guide, it says that offense will also help defensman and defense will help fowards also.

You train pass on wingers or not at all? Because the guide also says it is usefull for every player, so i was thinking about giving them 25% or something.

It is a lot of trial an error and what you feel works best on training the extra qualities in players. I find training tech on defense men very useful. I train based on what the quality is, if it is high, I will train the same as Passing and Aggression, if it is low, I might train at 60-80% of the Passing and Aggression. For wingers, I have not trained a whole lot Passing, but believe that training it a bit would help, mostly on the power play as they say passing is what helps players on the power play the most. I would think about training it 20-40% of tech and aggression if you were going to.

Jocelyn, you are overthinking here. Keep it simple. I've scouted some of the best players in Canada and from around the world and it's mostly the same everywhere. Scout the best players around too, not one or two, and draw your own conclusion. If you can't wait for scouting to be done, go on the market and look at the RFA available there. It's not rocket science. jbrady83 sums it up pretty nicely. Use that as a starting point and look at what you can find in the RFA market.

I've tried finding this, but does anyone have a numerical value for how much OR a player loses while playing DTD?

I seem to recall reading somewhere that it's related to the # of days left DTD (or is that something about the chance of re-injuring?)
