He's on the market now. I could keep him and train him decently, but I'm still in the building phase and figured I could use the money while somebody else could train him even better.

Todays 4 star pull. A whooping 59% Quality. PPM trolling me?
I got a 4.5 star... but low OR. So not even going to pull the player.
How low? Each 4.5 star player I pulled sold for $70 million + and 3 were only 250 OR. One was over 350 but his shooting was low. Even if they're 200 OR you can probably get a few million if the Qs are 80s and 90s.
People still buy high Q players with 5/6 CL at 15 for a decent amount. What's his OR?

That's still something to work with. Pull him and take a look. Worst case scenario he has one awful Q in the 40s or something (if your scouting isn't very accurate) and you cut him loose for a few thousand. Best case scenario you sell him for a few million and if his CL holds he has a shot at the national teams if he finds a good landing spot. There's really no downside here.
I just pulled a 4 star player (in all positions) with 280 OR and 6/6 CL and I'm thrilled. I also got a 3.5 star 5/6 guy with 320 OR. This might be my best pull for a few season with good enough qualities.
