Your numbers are right, soccer is a day after hockey.
Players and staff are in reverse order compared to hockey which means every week you can hope for a superstar pull.

What determines whether a country is listed under the "Select a country" tab for the forums? I'm in Mexico and we have had enough users to populate more than one league, but our country does not show up under this section of the forum. Any ideas

To be specific, this is under the football forum section, Mexico does exist in the General forum section.
There is nothing in the guide about fan club members. I presume it helps increase attendance and possibly souvenir sales.
It's other human managers who "support" your team. If you go to my team profile, you can see a "Join fan club" button. So it's probably more of a popularity feature with no benefits.
What is the maximum rating of player in the match? Someone had 12 in beta, so it can't be 1-10.
Why are pricemoney different for L1-4? Same hardness to win any league but much more money to win L1? just insane that devs want this game to be so uneven
It is the way it is programmed in. I.1 is the top league and will naturally have better payouts. The problem is everyone is on the same page right now. In time it will work itself out. They have made steps to fix the sponsor money make it more balanced and likely will do the same there.
They will also have higher expenses for players and staff, so it is not as uneven as you initially think.
Is there a page where I can see how many teams have signed up to my 'new'country? If we are aiming. for 20 to get our own league i'd like to know how close we are.
Click on the "Sports" in the upper left corner. Under Football click on "Info About The Sports" you will find the number of teams that have signed up. The increase is from midnight each day, so whether it shows an increase will depend on when you look at it.
On my Practice screen, a couple of my attribute values are in Red rather than Black. What does that mean?
