Hey loving the game so far. When will I be able to sell/buy players/staff etc as I have 1 exp and am curious to when I will be allowed to strengthen my team?

Every day you log on your team adds 1 exp, yes..
At least keep yourself off staff purchase - until facility is at least level more or less 10... it's investment will be minimal but salary - crucial to your finances..

Ok thanks for the advice. I will lay off the staff. Focus on improving my team by looking for players that have potential to improve and will not cost me much.
Players with improvement capability will not improve much (facility level again..) so one of the best options is look for some elder, experienced, right trained players. Whenever, everybody likes to see his youngsters improving (even if there's just 0.05 per day.. ) So mix them with some proportion.. to have performance and please your eye..
