thanks, my salary of players is 8k now. I still looking around and try to figure things out on how to get extra $$$. every little bit helps. I keep a close eye on the money I have and how much I spend
keep rereading things as things become clearer

Keep building your HR! It doesn't change anything yet, but at the start of next season, the difference can be dramatic!
just another question on daily salary. is the daily negotiable? I see players with close to 100k daily salary and they r old players.
No. Be very careful buying players with high salaries. What they stop you doing is investing in everything else. And that is the only surefire way to be successful in the long run. As Malikas said, invest in your HR. At the end of the season, you will get much better sponsorship deals which will allow you to invest in other stuff.
I would consider someone like Rostislav Zhelev . He has terrible player qualities, which for the vast majority of PPM managers is a big no-no as he will train very slowly. But since your facilities are quite small at the moment, you won't be training very fast for a while so it doesn't make a huge difference and it means you will probably be able buy him for $10,000.
Arpád Pápeš would be good if you can get him for $10,000 but his qualities are quite good and I suspect he will get a better price.

Just looking at some of your players, they're not bad. They haven't been optimised so their skills are all roughly even but those skills are all around the 100 mark so you're probably not going to get much that's cheap and significantly better on the market.
If you do go on the market, make sure you understand secondary skills beforehand so you don't buy poorly trained players who look like they should be better than your current players but end up performing worse. Go to the player section in the guide:
soccer.powerplaymanager.c...
Scroll down to the table with the headers: Position, Big Influence, Medium Influence, Small Influence. These are your secondary skills and the rule of thumb is Big Influence secondaries should be about 75% of the primary skill, Medium about 50% and Small about 25%.
So if you have a Goalkeeper with a primary (Goalkeeping) skill of 100 then ideally he should have Passing 25, Technique 75, Speed 75, Heading 25.
Papes in my previous post has been trained to be a central defender. His four secondaries are all roughly 50% of his primary. Zhelev is a central midfielder - passing and technique are around 75% while speed and heading are around 25%.
László Pelyvás is very poorly trained. His defence skill looks good but the secondaries are terrible so he will play like his defence skill is around 60.
If you're unsure, ask. And if you want to buy a striker, make sure his shooting skill is good too.

thank u so much. I keep trying to learn and understand what it all means. it will take time to build a strong team I can see that lol
Quality stays constant. But you have to scout the player to get an accurate number (otherwise the number you see might be wrong!).
OR (overall rating) grows with training skills. Quality shows how fast they train. A 20 quality in a skill, for example means that they will only improve 20% of someone with 99 quality.

The Pro-pack helps a lot with practice, friendly vrs league match and things like draft, market. It does make things easier, however I played without for over 4yrs before I started to get advantage of it (o;
