Hey vote for me.
My goal: To get Ireland to the highest level you can. Communicate with other managers and to get Ireland to a new level of the community.
I also wanted to establish a website and database of U20.
I would also like to do to make the competition for hosting on your team and a stadium credits.
Why are you not to give me a chance? I have quite a lot of experience and want to pass out. Assistant looking for.

I have a dream that the Irish U20 team will be one day in the top division. Let's get together to realize this dream.

I want to become Ireland's team coach. This post requires an experienced manager with a lot of time and I like it (I have already created a database of players in the U20 national team).

If you and hrubinator are going to work together why are both of you running to become the U20 manager?

I have started in elections on U20 coach. I wrote my presentation earlier, but now I want to write the most important assumptions.

How You know, U20 is the backroom for senior representation, and that's why I think I must choose the most prospering players.

I saw some teams, mainly in Irish league, to know how players I can appoint. I'm sure I can achieve very good target with them. I want to cooperate with managers and arrange right distribution of skills if some players have not the best.

Of course if I would win I want to converse with senior coach to select final group of players, because in a few seasons he could use them in his representation.

On the other hand I would try to speak with U18 manager because I want to prepare some prospering players for U20 group.

Obviously I'm going to speak with managers, who have some candidates for representation, but not only with them. So if You have some propositions about some players or my presentation please write me them in private message. If You have some questions write them there, I would seek to answer all of them.

Hi, as a candidate for u20 here are some ideas...

- Make a competitive team since this season... I have experience as Spain NT manager for three seasons and my club is at the top 40 of PPM.
- Use of PPM database... not necessary more databases.
- Importance of traning facilities and coaches... can create great differences at only one season.
- Importance of chemistry... best players must be a good level for the world championships, if necessary we will play some or many friendlies with three lines.
- Career longetivity is not important, until 19 years training doesn't depend of the CL and with 20 years there is not a significant difference.
- Rankings of players... at the forum
- Predicted strenght of every line of the team... 15 minutes before matches at the forum.
- I would like my assistant was senior or u18 irish manager... to make easier collaboration between different categories.
