I don't believe there is a line in the guide that states that.
However, as a captain is not a "line" i would assume that not setting one would either mean a captain is generated automatically, or no captain will be listed during the game.
Either way, it should not affect the lines or game itself.

I know only it'll be credit function and maximum players in the hall will 9.

I think you wont have to PRO. You pay X credits

What they should do is just make it a pro function.
In fact, IMO i think there should be just 2 levels: free & pro. If you pay the money and buy pro, it should incl. all these things.

Could be the a changing number, equal to the number of seasons the team has been playing on PPM.

anyone know if skybox will give income even if you finish them after the sponsoroffers ? (as they're part of sponsoroffers) ?
