I am the new manager.. I along with my assistant look forward for building a new Team India. Please build up academies according to your finance only, else the easiest way is to sell the better prospect to a better team so that we can take the player for advancement and then to the national team.

hello and greetings to india...
i would like to give you a little update on your national team. despite average results, the team is constantly developing... from the beginning i have focussed on the best players + the biggest talents of the country... this way the team is now becoming more competitive every season... next season there will be the first player with 3000 strength, plus some players over 2600 and still 3/6 and talents with 2000 and still 4/6. i've also tried to improve the skill of individual players by communicating with the managers. of course, you can't turn a bad team into a top team within a few seasons in this game, but from next season it should be possible to qualify for the final rounds...
