I would like to know how rat is calculated
for example
Ersal Sürülmez 125 80 151 151 117 86 89 has rat 62 exp 44 che 41 ene 97
I know shoot and block doesn't influence on rat
Experience, chemistry and energy was described by REALAIS
I noticed that for SF sum his atributes divided by 10 is almost equal his rat.
But SF schoud be trained equal for every atribute.
I don't have an idea how another position rating is calculated.
I think good proportion for training every position is 5-4-3-2-1 (very important, important, average important, less important, very less important)

Lets say classic SG is trained around 100-100-75-50-50 (8-8-6-4-4). Then your example you will always look for "lowest" number. Ersal calculated rating will be 151-151-113-75(75,5)-75(75,5). Everything else is overtrained and you would say it is lost.
I would say, that agr/jump is way too high, should be only around 82 each, but in my eyes that would be "Smart" training to compensate Declining at 0/6(2nd season) in future and would slow down particular player rating decline, but that is completely other story in this game.

It is a combination of skills proportions (without shooting and blocking), experience, and chemistry.
A Penalty on heights is also included when the player is too small or too tall.
I have developped formulas to retrieve the actual ratings. They works pretty well for every position except a slight gap for power forwards. I need to figure out how to fix this point.
The last point I have to improve is for players extremely unbalanced. They face additional penaltys but I don't have a lot of observations in order to estimate that with accuracy.

I was game master in Power Play Manager and in my opinion this transfer is breaking the rules of the game.
They set up this bettwen themselves and transfer money from one Czech club to the other.

Is it question? That would be suggestion to implement in game code that if National cup team is inactive, it always is assigned as Away team.

When it was developed, there was no inactive teams really. This game is more than 16-17 years old. I dont remember when was first season for hocky National cup.
Every level of maintenance center with average workers at least 50% will reduce your daily salary per facilities close to 2-3%. You can hire better workers to have lower sallary.
