How much do Medical center's actually decrease disaster injury's for teams? Is it worth it for a new team to invest in right?
I haven't seen any numbers showing how much the medical center actually helps, but I am very interested if anyone has any evidence.
All I know is that according to the guide, the maximum injury length (28 days) has not changed from the other sports even though the season length has been decreased to 70 days.
So with no evidence that anything else has changed, I can only conclude that the medical center is even more important in basketball since your players could miss a larger percentage of the season.

Yeah I was just wondering because my SG got hurt today. I still thing HR and TF are more important right now. But I guess I could up my Med center a little. Thanks!
You can ask capsaicin about that, he was behind for a while with his medical. If I remember correctly, 2 or 3 seasons ago, at any point of time one of his starters was always injured.
I did some calculations and it seems fully upgraded medical center with 100 % efficiency can decrease the number of injury days per player per season by 90 % compared to lvl 1 facility.

I went to the upgrade screen for one of my 1,000 seat triples. It takes 33 days and 43,500,000 to upgrade from 1,000 to 2,500.
Make sure you don't upgrade before you sign a media sponsor, or the stand in the process of upgrading will count as a 0 seat stand when calculating your sponsor.

I already destroyed it. But I think its okay. I'm will be able to get most of the money back next year in the playoffs where I will charge 300 and I only make like 400k anyway per week for media anyway. But thanks though.
Is there an etiquette about friendly invites? Should I offer home and home, or should I just go with whoever has the bigger arena?
There is no established etiquette.
I suggest bigger arena as my first suggestion.
As my second suggestion, you should offer friendlies away in arenas 10K+.

There is no advantage to playing at home vs away, so always play in the bigger arena.
Would it be better to purchase another triple for next season?(1000) Or level my HR to 9. I can only do one.
