Are you sure you actually had the cash to do that? It's happened to me once, where I thought I'd done it, but as it turns out I didn't have enough money to do so at the time I tried to, but missed the warning about it (which, really, isn't all that obvious, btw. I'd suggest making it a bit more... Visible.)
Today I received that 50.000 bonus for signing-in to handball, but not for any other sport. Anybody had the same problem?
what you got in handball was actually yesterday's bonus which you hadn't picked up before. You will get your daily bonuses today for sure.

I'm going to say because you had your 4th line set, but set to 0 minutes, that they were dressed but didn't play. The fact they have 0s across their stats supports this.

your PRO pack expired back on 14 January. Then you activated it again on the same day. Is it possible that they had disappeared back then but you didn't notice?
Possible I guess. That's a real shame though...
