Ok so we do have players for buying now right.

be carefully with players in market...how they are trained ,DONT BUY PLAYERS WITH HIGH PRIMARY AND LOW SECONDARY SKILLS...try buy players with skills ratio in % similar 100 (primary)
60-70(secondary-high)
50 (secondary-normal)
25-35(secondary-low )
This is standard training ratio ,most players prefer this.

so I should buy players with skill ratio of high primary and high secondary. So if a player has 100 primary skill I should see that they have atleast 70 secondary skill right. Or maybe in the 50 to 70 range. Please correct me if I am wrong.

ratio is not defined but most succesfull managers train players in that ratio

NO ITS NOT EARLY....this is for prevent managers to buy poor and costly players

alright I will follow that ratio to train the players, but it takes a long time to get there. cause the stats increase by only .1 or something and it takes a lot of money to buy new players which new managers might lack.

you can buy players for 500 000 with 250-300 ,this is very good forr you now...but for NT strangers cannot play,must buiding academy to give you stronger players than you have now...now is start of season,training facility,academy and stadion to little stndigsis most important for you,secondary is regenration,educational,medical,then when the season is going to final you must build marketing to higher lv you can minimal 5 or higher(for level 5 you need less 3 milion and 30 days,you calculate when you going to start),.........and maintestance object is not necessary now and employers you dont need now.....because they are to much cost but dont have efect to objects smaler than lv 6-7....remember this is important strategy for new players

And I here with it don't agree. If you now about a champion's title to win league yes it is possible to buy cheaply players with which easily.
But it is possible to win and with the players as the Italian or the Spaniard not to put in a national team.
For 70 days from 112 (season) it is possible to construct 7 level - a staff department and to receive following the results of a season the good contract.
To buy pair of players it is possible, but these don't need to be fond - only on the most problem positions.
To build actively training center.
At me personally academy 10 levels and managers normal - but now come players on 190 - 200.
It is a lot of variants of development. And only one of us can use the best efforts for development of India!!!

I must take advice and good points from both of your arguments. First of all thanks virus for posting the list, it will help me a lot to train my players accordingly and if possible buy it. Buying players will defnitely help the club but building academics and stuff might also help in the long run to produce home grown players with higher skills.

yes staf department give beter sponsor next season but cost to much for now and other buildigs will be to small to do something...lv 5-6 is enough for first season.
