Dear managers,

I regret to inform you that today's (November 8, 2010) hockey games had to be re-calculated due to a bug in game engine. All the results of all hockey games were compromised due to the fact that the settings and other elements from the first game calculated were replicated to the other games that followed. Anomalies occurred such as overtime in every game, incorrect goalie changes, incorrect goalie pulls, weird faceoff stats, players assisting on their own goals etc. This effectively means that none of the results (bar one) have been correctly calculated.

This left us with no other choice, but to run the calculation anew. Before we could do that, we had to find and remove the error that caused these problems. We had to turn off the game while we were fixing the problem. Among other things we had to delete the stats from today's games which was not an easy task at all. Due to the unusually long down time, we have decided to prolong the PRO pack by 1 day to all PRO pack owners in hockey. This will be updated some time tomorrow.

The good news is, that eventually these problems have been solved and everybody got a fair shot at the victory based on their own tactical settings.
