hello and greetings to romania..
i'm the new u19 coach for this season and i'm looking forward to the chance to hopefully be successful with a good team.. at the moment i'm still getting an overview and collecting information.
a tip to improve the experience of your youth players. especially for managers with the pro pack, let your junior players play the friendlies and set the importance of the game to very high. in this way, your players gain a lot of experience quickly and early on, and you save energy with regular players.

on saturday the world cup starts and i want to give a little update.
first of all i want to say thank you for the good communication with most of you. contrary to what was written here, i don't think that this season or the next one are lost, because together we have built a top team for this season, what that will be enough for, we will see from saturday... and as you could see i regularly nominate and use 18 year olds. so also next season the romanian u19 will be more than competitive.
the squad for the world cup is fixed except for a few positions and also here 3 18 year olds will be in the team.
who has saved his training camps should start the first training camp on friday. so you have the possibility to get up to 10 days training camp bonus + national team bonus.
my assessment for the wm, the team belongs to the 6 best teams worldwide in terms of rating. however, many players lack experience. the team enters the competition with almost full energy and has a good level of coordination. thanks again to all those who have optimised the skills of the players in consultation over the last few days. i am looking forward to the wm and let's see what happens.

Nu prea inteleg faza cu "impreuna".Ai avut lotul facut...logic ca nu aveai nici o modificare de facut. Trebuia doar sa faci echipa si sa nu pierzi nici macar un punct de energie in amicale si preliminarii....dar tu "Batman"...ai jucat pe mica in amicale si cu importanta mai mare decat foarte mica in oficiale. Daca nu stiai in preliminarii nu conteaza locul de pe care te califici .

Cat de tigan sa fii ca la plecarea de la U19 sa stergi si echipa de start????
