Still 6 places, teams that play over 130 team stenght need an agreement from their opponent.
What kind of agreement?
You ask him before the game and your opponemt post it on forum or send me a message and I'll ask him
It seems like there is some confusion about the team strenght. To be sure to have a great tournament and for the fun of less strong team it is better to play with team strenght of 130. If you can't play with it, ask your opponent if he agree to play against you with over 130 team strenght.
It's more fair. Ok I have to put out few players from 1st match eleven.
Yeah it's more fair and I think it's more funny for little team because they have chance to win 
Please keep an eye on few tricks.
ex 1) You can set forward on CD, central defender on CF, (strength will be under 130, after few minutes we can change him on right position)
ex 2) Players substitutions during the match.
My team and 2 others have strength much over than 130...

It's sure but you can put young players. If you don't want to play fair it's your choice but the rule was clear before you registrate.
I can put the 4 big teams together in the same group so you'll can play normally, is it okay?
I'll think about another solution but for now I think it's the best. Don't hesitate to propose another
