have you tried and come to that conclusion or do you just figure it based on other information......also what is the highest number a player on your team has achieved before a decline ( because of age etc. ) I'm new to this set up having spent years in the GHL ( Good Hockey League )
My best is at 2900. There are a lot of players that have over 3000.

looks like a tough draft coming up.......I can't seem to find anybody of even a "B" rating.......back to the free agent market
just realized one of the most important Attributes to the game of hockey is missing from this one ( well two if you count fighting ) how can speed/skating not be one of the attributes.....or does that fall under Tech
Speed is in Tec. No fighting per say this is European style hockey where there is less fighting.
should be separate .......just because you can take a face off doesn't mean you can skate fast....it is what it is but I would prefer it to be it's own attribute ( no fighting is OK...aggression sort of covers that )

I bid on two players in the market...both were in their teens......both had attributes as potential in the 90's......I got both guys but when they came on my team neither kept the numbers they had before...all the numbers were lower than while they were on the FA list......why is this
Unless you have a player scouted, the qualities you see are only estimates. As your scouting improves by upgrading your human resources and economic department, those estimates will become much more accurate. At level 15 with 100% scouting efficiency, those estimates should be very accurate. Managers with high scouting also help, though not noticeably until you have an HRE at level 10+ or so.
With that said, I should note that with your training and regeneration facilities, you won't be able to develop competitive players on your own for a while, so it's not really worth bidding too much based on qualities or investing in scouting staff to identify players on the market with good qualities. Buying too much quality staff can get very expensive in terms of salary to the point that you spend most of your income on their salaries. The HRE is important for getting better sponsors, so that is worth upgrading.
