I'd sell it if I was you because he doesn't really have a good passing quality attribute. As a midfielder you need good passing. If the passing and heading quality were swapped, he'd be close to an ace. Also, sucks that he's 5/6 career length.
If only.... I lost track of how many times I've said that, lol. Low passing and all, he's probably one of the top 3 pulls I've ever had, since I joined in season 4! And it always seems like the players with bad Qs have 6/6 and the good ones are 5/6. I don't think this game likes me very much

I just pulled a relatively promising player: Irving Sparks .
He was a 4 star player. He started with 458 OR and 6/6 CL. His unscouted EQ looks like ~82.
I now have a level 15 training facility, a level 13 regeneration facility, and good staff. He doesn't have as good qualities as some of my other players, but his starting OR is the highest I've seen on a player that I pulled.

Can anyone give me their opinion on a player I pulled last week. My facilities are fairly good, but not at an A+ level. Is Mauricio Almond worth worry about training or should I just sell him, and if so will I get much of anything? The market seems pretty fickle with young players.

Solid player. I just dropped 400+M on a guy about 60 OR better than him.
