They're amazing for my youth system
Its funny how everyone pulled a great young prospect from academy at the same time.
I got this universal guy 7859651
He is not scouted yet, but his approximate skill qualities are:
Goa-93, Def-95,Mid-95, Off-83, Sho-71, Pass-74,Tec-70,Speed-76, Hea-70.
His highest attribute is Goalie at 55, but i can train him for any position that i need.
The only little downside is his CL at 5/6.

I had three 1-star wonders, with 220ish OR on the best one. So, how do I get in this "everyone" group? 
Of course, when I do get a a decent player, seems he's at a position I'm already stacked in - I've got a couple 70+ AQ left defenders sweeping the halls.

I had the same problem. I used to get good right defenders all the time. Now i have 3 of them, and i dont know whom to play in in main squad. They are all good.
Scouted he's 77 AvQ, 99 def, 98 pass, 83 tec, 66 speed, 68 head
Should I upgrade training or sports academy next? Getting decent pulls now... 330 and this round got a 360.

Do you prefer gambling for the big score or a steady income? Also, considering it's the qualities that make great player and those are independent of SA level, training comes first for me.
dude, your SA is set, you have the weapons coming in to promote, all you need to do is give them the most comfortable environment full of sexy masseuses from French China
You definitely need to upgrade your Regen facility. SA looks set for at least another season.
