On the bright side your 1* is about the same as Boba's 5* so you're not THAT far behind. At this stage the star level is a minor impact on overall sponsor value.

GS this season and both GS and MS last season were autosigned. I count myself very lucky.
Looking at this thread it's absolutely ridiculous how much everyone else is earning compared to mine. The gap gets bigger and bigger ffs.
I am only making 3.8 and .46 each week and at the top of II.3. There are not a lot of people making what the top few are. I expect a nice raise next season if I make it up to I.1.
I finished 2nd in II.3 and promoted and only get ~6M. OTR is the main thing. Fatten that up and you'll be fine.
You can't base last seasons offers at what position you are this season. Last season you finished 6th and 7th, and were paid appropriately. If you finish at the top this season, it'll be reflected in your offers this season.
I just got my first VIP lounge offer. 5 stars and 200k a week. It will be interesting to see if it goes up next season.
I have one at 135, and one at 138. They are based on OTR are they not?

When a Vip lounge is built, it autosigns a contract for the rest of the season.
