Ok the player salary reduction was great.
but is it still being adjusted ?

Mar 21st Nils Paegle salary was 1 511
Mar 23rd Nils Paegle Contract Warning expected salary 6 591
* Salaries are re-calculated *
Mar 23rd Nils Paegle salary now 873
Mar 24th Nils Paegle accepted new contract of 869

So he took another pay cut, minor but a cut.

So the Salary recalc based on the Contract starting point?

Now
Age 21 CL 5/6 OR 253
Played 31 League games, 8 playoff and 5 Natl Cup during that time too. So he received good EXP too.

So he aged 1 year and his OR went up 65 which almost balanced each other out but not quite so a salary drop?

The difference between salary change day (23 Mar 10) and renewal (24 Mar 10)

CL 5/6 - CL 5/6
OR 252 - OR 253

I can't see if it was based this way why a salary drop would happen.

Are the salaries still in flux, or will his salary keep dropping, because I cant see him getting OR or EXP faster than he is now, as my facilities/staff improve he is getting older so he will probably keep progressing at the same rate for a bit, and the guy played almost every game, so EXP increase will probably be the same or less as better or faster training players take his spot in the starting lineup.

Anyone else with observations on the new salary structure?

Apparently One-Atty will have higher salaries than well rounded players.
So it is highly possible that the extra OR was a skill that made him more well rounded, and dropped his salary a bit.

That is true. Salary is influenced by the highest attribute. I have 2 1-atty players and they are the most expensive on my team.

If the Salary didn't go up, or barely went up that makes sense, but for the salary to drop??

None of the Attys were LOWER to get a LOWER salary in the 3 days between recalc and new contract.

Because there is a penalty for 1-atty junk.

Too bad they haven't made changes with coaches. Some of my staff are making significantly large pay increases......

I know and it's really weird to have a staff payed 6000 and your best player is payed 10 times less... 600

I have one staff member at 20k
He is payed more than my entire team of players.

Wow, that is high.
Is your staff member heavily weighted in 1 atty over the other?
