I hope. It looks like a 5 star should be around 70-80 million more then last year. Hopefully.
because the salary cap for staff members are 190k with 3 leagues, it jusmp to 200k with 4. Staff salaries have already jumped and if we aren't compensated then either the game has a flaw or sponsors need to reflect the change.

My general is 2* and 12 mill less total than last season. So rejected.
TV offer was 4* and still about 2 mill total than last season. I accepted. Weird because I have a better arena this season. Whatever. I can deal with 2 mill less.
Accepted all 4 skybox offers. They were 4* but more money (just a bit) than last season.

Just accepted the new 5* offer, about 15 mill more total so it's not really a huge jump to be perfectly honest.
Day 1 gave me 1* offers for both general and media deals.
Day 2 gave me a 4* media (accepted) and 3* general (rejected). The media deal gives me an extra 30M over the course of the season when compared to last season's media deal.

4* media accepted, about 150K/week more. 1* general rejected, 20million raise from last season.

Accepted a 5* Media and a 4* General. Puts me almost back on track to where I should have been before last season's fiasco.
I've been waiting on taking a sponsor offer because my HR was set to be upgraded today. So I get a msg at 11:01 on the new offer, and the msg at 11:40 that the HR dept in upgraded. So the offer isn't based upon the upgraded HR, even though they were supposed to come in on the same day. Makes me say, grrrrrrr...
No, they are. The offers, like youth pulls, are not generated until you press the button to view the offer. The offer is based on the new HR as long as you wait until you get the message that HR has been upgraded.

Runny finished 8th, and i finished 9th in our division. His OTR is just bigger by 5. Thats why im curious to know his Marketing Efficiency. For the last 2 season my general offers are almost identical.
