did you look at Alexandre Grebe and Galen Labonté
I dont mean to hijack the thread, but do you notice any difference in performance going outside the ratio? ie. do forwards with higher defence play better defence game, or vise versa?
I would like to think yes, and the devs say it has an impact, but it isn't very noticeable in hockey. In soccer it is very obvious, haven't noticed much in hockey though.
Another reason why you should have played soccer...
Personnaly I train my players 2-1-1. I like it that way. I want a good shooting team this year.
would it affect the special team? for example, would forwards with high def (cough branden dubeau) be more effective on pk (to a noticeable amount)?
We have players like Stevenson and Fowler on the team that are good for the pk.
Hard to tell when I don't know what pk was scored on. Def line rating is up when he is on it.
As I said all other countries are 2-1-1 and have way better OR then we do. We cannot compete like that. I really want to go another direction. And yes we need some better shooters especially at the center position.
