hey guys,

i plan on rotating the assistance manager position like how themightyoil did last season, but the assistance managers won't have the power to choose a player for the national team.

for the wch games, i will primarily consult previous nt managers, and whomever wants to be involved in it.

many of you asked me if you could be the assistance manager, and some were foreigners. for now, i plan on giving the positions to canadian managers only as well.. this is a canadian national team we're talking about, right?? (:

now, the player selection:

i cut 9 players who had 0 chemistry in the team. i can cut players until the 14th day of season.. which means i have until sunday to make up my roster. for this reason, i would appreciate it if you guys can submit your players before it's friday the 24th according to ppm calender (this means you have up to 23:59 thursday the 23rd to submit your players)

centres: off-sho-pas-tec 10-7-5-5
wingers: off-sho-tec-agr 6-5-3(+20)-3 and passing is a bonus
defensive forwards: with the build listed above, 60+ def

please note that this is only a build guide i'm looking for. even if your player isn't built to these ratio, please submit them anyways! i also would like to emphasize the importance on shooting

maximum 19 years old
minimum 5/6 cl
minimum 75 quality for each positional qualities
minimum level 12 training facility

First of all congratulation for the position. Second of all I have to question for you:

1. You wrote the ratios you're looking for but what are the minimum value for attributes ? At least 200 for the main ones ? Or the minimum OR maybe?

2. Do you take the actual roaster for granted or you want that we upload them as well ?

I don't want to speak for salty, but as a former NT manager, having updated stats on players is beneficial for selection decisions, so I would say that if you have a player already on the team, and have the time, go ahead and re-upload that player so that Salty has the latest and greatest attributes of those players.

I would maybe suggest you to give more guidance to assistant managers. I did it last season and that was fun, but I'm under the impression that this way, the chemistry of starting roster during WCH is not as high as it could be...

But this is also a game and it should be fun, so you can also discard my comment and that would probably be fine as well...

J'ai coupé neuf joueurs qui avaient 0 chimie dans l'équipe. je peux couper les joueurs jusqu'au 14ème jour de la saisons. ce qui signifie que j'ai jusqu'à dimanche pour prendre ma liste. Pour cette raison, je serais reconnaissant si vous pouvez soumettre vos gars avant qu'il ne soit vendredi le 24 selon le calendrier ppm (ce qui signifie que vous avez jusqu'à 23h59 jeudi le 23 pour soumettre vos joueur)

S'il vous plaît noter que ceci est seulement un guide sur la sorte de joueur que je recherche. même si vos joueurs n'est pas intégré à ces taux, s'il vous plaît soumettais l'est quand même! Je tiens également à souligner l'importance sur le tir.

link doesn't work for foreign teams appearantly... I have a very descent Candien defender, but fail to upload. I get a message saying: "The player you submitted is not Canadian!"
