got a 1* spomsorship offer worth 42mil/yr 2.6mil/week from monica rent a car. n i accepted it even tho the star rating is low but the money is way better than my last yr 5* offer worth 31mil/yr.
Todays all the 3 offers that i recived, were 4 stars. Accepted all of them.

He means don't accept a 1* on the first day, no matter what the offer is. There was a huge chance you could have gotten more money if you waited.

First of all, they give you the marketing % of your head and assistant manager. To get a more exact %, you can multiply the head manager by 3 plus the assistant multiplied by 2 and divide by 5.
Or (Head*3 + Assistant *2)/5
