I just want to reassure all managers that have been following the forums, that although the World Cup result wasn't as good as I had expected, I am willing to continue my work as the National Team manager, with the goal of helping this community become more active and involved.

I can only do part of the work though, I will be needing you to do the other half.

Join in and add your opinion, make this a healthy place to exchange ideas where new managers can come and get some pointers and learn to be part of this community.

Let's all help Ireland grow in PPM!

Tomorrow will be the final day of voting and I would like to remind all managers that you should vote.

Voting not only tells the elected manager that he has your support, it also shows the international PPM community that Ireland has a good number of active managers that care for their National Team.

It would be nice if we could at least have a total of 15 votes (amongst all the candidates) because that would mean interest in the National Team is growing.

I also take the opportunity to remind all that if I do get re-elected, my staff will be the same as from last season, which means I will have Emerald and jtHash to support me.

I was happy to see that the number of voters has increased, this being the biggest reward for the work done in the past seasons by the people involved in managing the National Team.

I would especially like to thank the efforts put in by lo2010, Emerald and jtHash, who have always fulfilled their tasks.

A new season begins, and with it comes new objectives.
Due to the fact that we now have 3 NT, we will need more players.

It would be very important for all Irish managers to submit their best U18 and U20 players. This will allow the respective managers to optimize their scouting time.

Let's all work together to make Ireland better.

It's funny, now that we have 2 more NT managers, the forums get even quieter.

We won our game of the season.
Selecting the players that need chemistry doesn't always allow for the strongest lines, but yesterday our boys showed what they could do.

summer and ofc friendlies mean nothing

I know it does, but it's always nice to see a win on the board

No surprise, how many irish managers take care about NT. And now are 3

I was looking at the calendar for the upcoming WC and we will be facing the weakest teams in our first 3 games, somewhat like last season, leaving the toughest opponents for last, which can help us achieve a final placement.

Regardless of what we achieve in the WC I will not be returning as NT manager.

The main reason for my decision is the fact that taking care of the NT is becoming a burden more than an enjoyment, and my team is suffering with that.

I would like to thank all that helped me while I was here, and especially Emerald, jtHash and lo2010. Without you I would not have been able to do the job.

And now let's move on to the final stint of the WC preparation.
