Thanks a lot for the opportunity to be coach of your national team. I did not expect it to be so different from team managing experience. All the days spent playing with both my hockey teams did not prepare me for it.
This way I would like to apologise to you all, who voted for me, that I failed. I would also like to apologise to the next UK national manager for letting the team fall into division II. I take full responsibility for team results.

I failed as well on my time.. but now I know what a huge homework should be done even when you start to pretend to position.. So don't be too tough.. and naive - when voting..
There's no communication between age groups, no preparation, no surpassing experience or let's say - dynasty.. and nobody gives a flying snot 'bout that.. That's the issue.
I wonder that somebody takes care at all..

They could come in the semifinals, but the rand has decided differently and we are very sad lost

Are you sure about the U18 Goalie? Even mine lame NATHAN HARSLEY is better trained than him. It's part of you job looking and scouting youngsters especially from I.1 teams

I've got 3 a very talented ducklings in my team but they will never play for NT. Simple reasons, they joined my team with a very low skills and my training facilities aren't the best ones to bring them up to NT level.
Btw, does anyone of NT managers is using NT Database?

A bit of report from this NT's season, about things inside NT and future perspectives.
All we can see from NT history after a very high season 15 16 17 things went down a very fast, especially season 19 20 21. Doggy players been pulled into NT, NT data base disappeared, players scouting didn't exist etc, as a result agony in Division 1 and down to Division 2. Little secret - it was latisenkovs who got promoted to Top Division in season 17th, not Joshua.
Atm situation in NT is catastrophic, no young players, old scrap that after a few seasons will be 2nd Division worth. The best suppliers of talented youth "died" (Solent Piranhas, HC Angels & Devils, Alma Allstars). Tough times ahead
Our key game against Italy... there is nothing I would change in tactics or squad even after seeing the game summary I'm still confused. Game Master doesn't love us I guess lol
Well, I did my best as did Latisenkovs, our best forward got injured just before WCH started, our best defender followed him a couple days later... that's it, we are where we are, no excuses.

Hi everyone, I saw that you only had a manager-less team in your U20 elections, so I offered to be a candidate. However, it seems the current NT manager would still like to continue. Therefore, I will withdraw my candidacy for now, especially as he seems to be doing well, but might be interested in the future!
