Hello everyone, I am Todd Bray, the new manager of the USA U-17 team. Just got my new office set up and now its time to go to work. I will be calling up players to the team over the next few days. Beyond the notorious decline of interest in general for the national team, at least I have a bad experience directing my country, since the demand and criticism (in many cases unreasonable) make one feel more comfortable occupying only his team Or in a foreign selection.

Hello everyone! I postulate to continue with this successful cycle that I have managed to mold. The numbers are in sight, both in the ranking of countries and in the fact that we are practically classified in the World Cup. Even our position in the table of qualifiers is allowing me to regulate a little the energy to be able to arrive in optimal conditions to the world-wide one. And although we are far from the powers, being in a world so categorically after two seasons without being able to qualify, I think it is quite meritorious.
And all this has been achieved without losing sight of the subsequent seasons: We have a whole litter of 16-year-old players who have been scrapping and two players of 15 with a constant call to receive their training bonus.

And we have succeeded! We made a draw of visitors against the powerful Poland playing with the headlines in MB and with this point we got the classification to the world!
We are also achieving good rapport and no energy expenditure. If the draw is favorable, we may aspire to a decent performance. Let's hope to continue this way!

Hello everyone! Unfortunately we have finished our participation in the world cup with a single draw to our credit. It really was beforehand that the draw did not favor us, the group had two very strong teams like Slovenia and Argentina and I still think that with a bit more luck we could have done a better part.
Anyway, the balance to my consideration is extremely positive ... He returned to the world after two consecutive cups without being able to qualify and making a really good tie, without neglecting the future. We have players of 16 with good initial penetration to face the first part of the qualifiers and also has always been summoned to the two best players of 15 in terms of VG, with the intention of receiving the training bonus without interruptions and achieving high levels Of VG for a player of 15 who will be participating (hopefully) in the next world of the category.
Having said that, I just have to say thank you, several of them answered my suggestions privately and thank them for the previous support they are showing so that I can continue to lead the team. That makes one proud and gratifying.
Hopefully, I can continue then to continue developing this project and, why not, to raise somewhat ambitious goals.

I wanted to send a quick note to everyone. I'm in the finishing stages at putting the roster together, with all potential players I'm aware of scouted in the next week. I need to add a couple of 17 YO defenders and then the focus will be on 16 YOs and 15 YOs. If you get a great academy pull (at least 450-80-6/6), please send me a note so I can add them to the list. If you have a player who you feel should be in contention for the U17 team, please reach out. It's possible I've missed someone.

Also, if you have sold a high quality youth in the last 2 seasons, please let me know so I can search the foreign leagues. I reviewed all drafts for Div 1 & 2.1-2.4 and tracked any high end players who were sold, and I could only find 1.

If you have any questions or advice, please shoot me a note. I'm always open to any wisdom you can provide me, as I'm new to being a NT general manager.

Don't bother looking through foreign leagues. It's faster to check the transfer histories of the division I and division II leagues soccer.powerplaymanager.c... . Just check this section for each of the 5 leagues for each of the past 3 seasons (including this one).

I don't really have anyone exceptional at the moment. Master could fill in at goal if you're desperate, and Bllomfield might be okay at defense in 2 seasons, but hopefully you have better options.

Thanks! I have Egan on my team who would be our emergency GK at this point should something happen to Estrada, but I don't want to eat up a spot since he's 17 YO (like Masters). GK is really a concern for next season. At this point I don't see any 16 YO candidates. I added a really good 15 YO prospect (Knobloch), and he might be the starter next season if we can't find more developed options.

Other concerns for the 16 YO class are LB and Central Mid. We have nice options at the other positions.

One favor I ask for everyone is that Yule Parr (17 YO) is on the market right now. He's auction ends tomorrow (Wednesday) around noon pacific time. Right now the top bid is a foreign team with great facilities. I'll do the best I can to watch it to make sure a lowly team doesn't win the auction, but it's going to be hard to do so with work

Popes just went dormant, which means we need to watch auctions for Donnelly and Carlson. I'll likely add at least 2 of his 16YOs to the team (scouting now).
