I chose most of the players this season as a mix of potential youth and guys who can compete and win now. I know this season is friendlies only, but our youth with the most potential are not yet ready for NT place, at least not full-time. Most of them don't get regular game time in their clubs either, so while I added a few of them, i only took those who are good enough to play in the NT right away. We should win 60% - 75% of our friendlies all going well, and i'm taking full advantage of the subs to ensure maximum player game-time.

I see ca. 30 interesting player (16-18 years old) in the table. Their attributes and qualities missing. They can be good trainable talents for the future. The most of them have australian owner. Did you write a mail to them?

Should i write to them? Or scout this guys?

We must care these youngs, or we loose them. The manager could be inactive or banned. We loose bb3b131, marcooni. Banned. Or player can be sold without warning. We loose Christopher Barnett too. The team of the future can loose.

Is scouted Tyler Purnell ? Quality is not in the table. Our no 1 or no 2 RD.

I found only 8 member what i disagree!
I watched Algerie, Egypt, Japanese, India, Morocco and we are better now, and we have more player, so later we will better.
Azerbaijan has strong team now. I dont know, what will be later. Saud Arabia is strong.
We have same power as Scotland.
I m excited what results we will have.

What is your strategie? Do you want to win on friendlies? So we can high ranking and better position, better urn. Or get more chemistry experience for younger?
Other NT coach said that chemistry is important. We need increase it for many player. 2 yellow 1 match ban, 1 red 2 match ban, some injury and no more player to play.

I picked a team that could compete at this level and also develop youth. Yes, there are players who are there simply because they can add strength and there are players who are there because they have much more potential. Many of the youngsters we have get 0 game time in their league matches, and i'll only take players who are strong enough to play at this level and / or have good potential going forward. To do that they must all get regular game time in league matches.

To answer one of the questions above, Cav has enough players on his squad to almost field an entire NT lineup. I chose not to play all of them because i don't want the NT to be made up of just 2 or 3 managers. It sucks, but i wanted to ensure that more people have a chance to get NT players.

As far as basic requirements. Those chosen for the most part have AI over 400, which was a semi-minimal AI i chose for this season. Qualities vary, and for older guys the lower Q was forgiven if they had the experience and skill to win. Younger guys all needed higher quality.

Yes. Hartge has also been one of the dominant scorers in the league since season 1, and so brings a solid scoring punch. He's there as a sub and the likes of Doherty and Billington get the main roles.

What is our strategie? Win friendlies? Or get chemistry and experience?

I've already answered that question. To repeat myself, the strategy is both. Playing youth guys to build chemistry is pointless if those players get no game time on their regular team.

So the strategy is to build a blend of both.

I had 3 choices.

1) Put together a team that is designed to win (few youth, all older guys)
2) Put together a youth team that would lose almost all games, but get experience.
3) Find a blend of the 2.

Even the older guys we have are good to be on the team for many years to come.
