Just curious what you guys are getting for training rates? My normal max is around 0.82. I had a guy train 1.52 last night. It was a 96 6/6 Q that was trained. Anyone else care to comment/compare?

I got a couple on 1.57 and a few more between 1.5-1.53.

The ones at 1.57 are:
5/6 89 Q 15yo and 5/6 90 Q 16yo

The ones at 1.53-1.5 are:
6/6 97 Q 17yo (1.53)
6/6 93 Q 15yo (I was expecting this one to be the highest) (1.53)
6/6 88 Q 15yo 1.5

The normal max for those is around 0.78-0.85.

Do secundaries train faster than primaries?
I got some players with better Q that trained much slower than others (but one was technique and another defence (my coach is better in defense than offence)

Thanks. And it depends on Q and whether it is off or def related atty for staff efficiency. My guys are around the same.

I checked again. I suppose that there is a random factor of around 0.05-0.1 in every training. Because I have 2 players with same age and training the same skill, one has 5/6 and the other 6/6, the one with 5/6 trained 1.57 and the one with 6/6 trained 1.5

I just had 1.54 on a 95Q 6/6 player, 16 years old. 77% training bonus on level 10 SA and training with 23% coach efficiency.

my golie jumped today to 1.64 (from 1.53)

Just hit 2.58 on my first day of training camp. Once everyone else starts theirs I hope to hear that that is a good number

Seems like a good number, I'm only at 12 Training and 11 Academy, and my best training was 2.30

I currently have two players training at 1.01 (quality is 85), 6 that are training above 0.90 (quality is 80).

We are talking about training camps. Not nominal training . If only...

You train slightly better than me. Might be your coaches or SD that are better since we're equal in facilities. Or... Maybe because of your regen but it shouldn't have an impact on guys on camp.

My staff are crap. I'm guessing it's my 95+Q on a 6/6 15 year old.
