Hello UK community
I've started this thread to give you the opportunity to ask questions of the candidates so that you can decide who you want to support.
I've also taken this opportunity to put forward my new presentation which reflects my real intentions, ability and determination to be the NT manager. I am going to prepare my presentation now and post it below when it is ready.
I am going to let the other candidates know i have posted here so that they have the opportunity to post updates to their presentations and join in the discussion.
In the mean time if you have any questions for us please post them here. Thanks!

Good idea. Anything that might stir up a bit of activity on our forums is worth doing as it makes the game more enjoyable.
Firstly i'd like to say that I should have taken my original presentation more seriously. I am a very enthusiastic manager (which shows in my original presentation), but I know this is not enough to be a successful NT Manager, or the best, especially given the quality of other candidates that are also running.
I have proven management ability in all the teams i manage and particularly for basketball where I led my team to promotion last season, am in contention for promotion again this season and was runner up in the cup this season.
So what else can i offer, as clearly the other candidates have proven management ability as well?
I am an experienced basketball player, referee and coach, which gives me real life experience and tactical knowledge of basketball which translates into better management and tactical choices.
I am an active manager on the forums which shows I am an active part of the UK and international community, with an interest in learning more about the game and helping others.
I am committed to building and leading a team of NT staff who will help scout, improve our player base and training plans, communicate with managers and develop tactical options. This will also develop future assistants/NT coaches and continue to improve the quality of the NT team in future.
I have not supported a candidate yet, but will support the best candidate after these discussions finish.
I hope that my presentation has convinced you that i am a serious contender and worthy of being NT manager. Thank you.

Hi RossP. I agree, a more active forum would make the game more enjoyable. There are quite a few active managers out there so hopefully they will join in the discussion. If so, perhaps that could be the start of more activity going forwards and interest in being part of the NT experience.
My first presentation wasn't good enough because as some of you might already know im not english but maybe with your help I could reach the peak and get my presentation in the best quality it can be wrote in .
Hi Mezacuka thanks for joining in the conversation.
I want to ask the candidates what position on the court they think is most important in the national team and why?

I think The PG And Sg if that is what you meant. I think those 2 are the most important because I've got a good defensive pair of basketball.powerplaymanag... and basketball.powerplaymanag... and because of them 2 I'have got the best defence in the leag i have conceeded less the nany other team in my league and because of that i'm moving up a league. So I hope one of my players especially Chris Morris Maybe will get picked for the NT squad .

I would like to add - as a bystander - its great to see some debate going on here, and its fantastic (unlike in hockey!) to have a difficult choice to make between good and committed managers who want to run our first NT.
Good luck to all the candidates, whatever the outcome of this election I'm looking forward to a successful future for all our NTs as the come into play.

Thanks for answering my question Mezacuka. The overall ability of your two guards looks good. How have you been training them?
I think an important consideration for the NT manager will be how the best UK players have been trained. I am sure there will be mono-skilled players out there just trained in shooting or speed, for example. This might be OK to start with because training has been slow so far, but as time passes it will be important to have players who are trained across several skills.

In answer to my own question, I think a quality PG is important for any team looking to succeed. Such a PG should have great passing, technique and speed. We have some exciting players that I think could represent us well at PG.
How do i train them well i have got a special weapon my stepdad he is sadists and he is very experienced but otherwise i just have the skills needed for each position and at what % thats how i train them.

Yes the guide says the most important skills but getting a nice balance with speed shooting aggression blocking etc will be important. I think there will be room for defensive and offensive specialists ...
