Scouted every team that will be in II.1 before taking the offer and 30 wins is a very moderate goal (unless injuries happen, my team is top heavy without the depth of others).

NDS prob was given one of the worst teams in Canada and the won 1.1
He actually started with a better team than mine. :p
But he did start with a pretty bad team and made some pretty timely and inexpensive purchases that carried him through the playoffs.
Show's me there is hope after all. I decided to go young early since very few people will (I think). I'll carry a stable of 15 year olds and groom them until they hit the right height and sell them off. (Yes, I am aware of how much of a pimp that makes me sound like :p)

I started with one of the top 5 worst team in Canada, I'm positive about that lol. Look at that. Not even a guy over 300. At the beginning, I sold one of my best player, but he's not even 300 yet, so...
Anyways, I managed to stay in D.1 after one season while investing pretty much everything for the future with young lads that will carry me one day and facilities.

Good luck the rest of the way... until I get to I.1 that is
One thing I noticed is teams that started in div 1 aren't exactly stacked. Maybe it was done on purpose to help others starting in div 3 and 2 to catch up ☺
While I certainly wouldn't try to make a case for your team as one of the better ones in Canada, your depth is amazing. Add in the players uve sold and ud be able to roll 2 strong lines which means you don't have to overplay your first line, aka u can keep everyone's energy high. But the lack of superstars does suck
Yeah, if you were the top 5 worst teams in Canada, I was the 1st. My PG's have 14 and 16 strength each. I may have a great SF, but the PG's are killing me. I have a feeling that upgrading my PG will be the secret to having a not so bad team. Too bad they aren't available on the market.
