I believe it factors in 3 star selections, all star team selections, and individual award wins (most goals, most assists ect)
I think NT participation is a factor as well
i set my tactics when down 0- 15 goals to increase to normal intensity, but it does not seem to change when the game is tied at the half, is there something i need to adjust? i have the; when winning side to drop intensity when leading by 5-99 goals.
Couple of draft questions.
First - My academy will upgrade in 5 days and I want to hold off pulling my players until it is complete. The guide says there will be no players available that week due to draft. Will I still be able to make my week 1 pull?
Second - With my academy upgrading the week of the draft does that affect number of players I can scout?

Yes, you can make your week 1 pull. Once the draft ends your week 1 pull button (or any players you viewed) will disappear and be replaced by your draftees.
Mine upgraded mid draft in hockey and had no effect on it.
It will improve how the players are (OR-wise) when they arrive post-draft.
That is my expectation and it makes sense to me from a programming perspective. Want to be sure that is the intent. Since it is a type 3 draft I assume we all get 4 picks anyway.
No. We all get the number of picks equal to the number of players we would have pulled. Hence 1-2 picks in the upcoming draft. I estimate around 30 players in the draft pool to choose from.
Does anyone know if experience/chemistry gained is linked to game importance in NT games?
In soccer the players got a little more chemistry (10-20%) in qualifier games than in friendlies but I'm not sure how game importance dictates things these days.
