Wow. The Smugglers goalie really has your number. At least you'll avoid them in the first round this season. I'll be playing a recent NoName and you've got the chris sharks. That's a decent team, but he doesn't have the goalie to steal many games. Even though he somehow steals all of the All-Star awards.

There can still be a bit of movement in 3rd-6th place, but the only real chance for change is ZaZenbeast passing CTD for 3rd. Only because ZZb has a much better GD. The others need to gain 4 points in two games or 3 points and massive GD to change positions. I don't think any of it will happen. 1-8 will probably remain the same through the last two games. Unless CTD tanks to avoid the Smugglers in round 1

I just hope I don't get upset in the first round like last season. That was embarrassing.

Happens to all of us. Hopefully the three of us (active on this forum) will make a good run for it this season!

True! Sadly only 2 of us would be able to move on to the next league.

Playoffs are set. And I'm already getting sick just thinking about the possibility of losing again.

The sharks are a decent team who just aren't trying enough. He's never bought a player on the market. I guess he's depending on his SA to fill the roster, but those guys always have big holes in their team.

A couple of good goalies vs a good team. It'll either be two quick blowouts or the goalies will make DarkAddiction cry. It's really a shame. The Smugglers could be a good team, but they're doing nothing. Every once in a while they add a high OR player, but they haven't touched their stadium at all.

This could be a really interesting series. Maybe not. ZZb won both games this season in blowouts, 5-1 & 6-3. That's disappointing. I was expecting some fun this series

!REMINDER! Playoff games are also played on Tuesdays! So the first round is Friday, Monday, Tuesday.

This messed me up during my first season. I sent everyone to camp thinking the first round ended on a Wednesday. I didn't have a chance against the Brooklyn Hornets anyway, but it would have been nice to ice my best line-up.

Goalies standing on their heads in playoffs are how upsets occur. That said, the Smugglers are the definite wild card here. And oh fun, I get them in the first round.

My last few games I played on low and if I remember correctly I had 2 wins and a OTL(to the smugglers I believe, don't get caught off guard Dark) so that gives me confidence that I'll be able to make a pretty deep run this year.

Whoa. I was just checking for any interesting injuries/transfers heading into the playoffs. ZaZenbeast has been buying players lately. Very good players. Looks like he sold a pull for over 27M, then spent over 40M on 4 players, including a 291OR goalie that he got less than two weeks ago and a 348OR Dman. I have less than 200K in the bank. How does he do this and have a decent stadium/arena? The 348OR guy is Day2Day. I wonder if he's going to play him. He's also missing one of his top scorers. Go Ice Blazers

Williston and chris sharks are both injury free. Lucky. I always seem to have at least one player injured.

Crash Test and Smugglers each have an average player hurt.

Bombsville is missing LD3 and NoN25652 is healthy.

I think both Finalists will promote this season. The team from II.1 that the loser would have to play for promotion is manager-less. I was thinking I could cruise to the finals, but ZZb's new players might ruin everything.

He's made some pretty impressive moves late in the season that can easily take him all the way barring injuries. I can understand the money from the monster pull, but where did he get the extra 13 mil. I can only dream of that kind of money.

Looks like he took out a loan. Or he hacked the system. I'm going with loan.
But on a plus note(for us) since his monsters are relatively new their chemistry will be low so whoever has to play him can possibly exploit that.

Yeah, he might be taking loans. He hasn't built up to the really expensive facilities yet. Hopefully he's out of money now=)

First games went as expected. Just a few more days and we can finally get down to business.

He is playing his day-to-day defenseman so it will be interesting to see if he stays healthy

So the first day went well, now day2 comes up Monday where the favorites are on the road. I feel confident I'll be able to win off of home ice.
I just realized I have home ice advantage all the way unless I play the Atomics

And we're all through. No surprises there. I was a bit concerned when the NoName was replaced this morning. Thankfully the new guy hasn't logged in yet=)
