I can't understand why not all nations has a national team. We, Luxembourg, may be small but we managed to beat Belarus RL.

I could bring much fun to see a minor nation group phase where you could play for mooving to the next world/continental cup qualification phase.

I would personaly be much more interested and motivated in forming young nationals rather then buying foreigners. It could increase the game experience by also bringing international experience to small country nationals which are disadvantaged towards French, Spanish,...

I could also give international management experience to several players, who may also being more involved in this game.

This post mainly concerns soccer/football, but it may be positive for all sports.

What would it cost to introduce that, compared to all benefits?

I roar approval for the financial bo us surprises. And I came here to suggest PPM should do leagues for baseball and American football. And a female team, for grass hockey and handball(as suggested by the intro picture) would raise interest. Mine, at any rate.

Les cuento, he salido campeón invicto de la liga en la que jugué esta temporada, tengo 12 jugadores entre los premiados y la retribución económica recibida no me alcanza para comprar ningún jugador de un buen nivel, y así poder enfrentar la próxima temporada en forma competitiva. Esto solo hará que no pueda competir en la liga superior, lo que al fin genera un equipo "ascensor", y eso merma el entusiasmo del manager.
Creo que es importantísimo mejorar las recompensas por ganar campeonatos, en algunos casos sale más conveniente descender que ser campeón.
Al ser campeón, el equipo debiese recibir gratificaciones que le signifiquen mejorías para enfrentar los próximos desafíos.
Este problema se genera en todos los deportes

This game definitely needs some development progress to be done or will loose more players nearest future. For example sponsor payments - my team BC Waterville moved to II.league ( other world ) and gathered general sponsor money 15 mil. per week and team ranked at the final list pos.10 after first season at higher league. For the next season general sponsor money per week DROPPED to 8 mil. . After finishing second season at the II league, sponsor money remains again 8 mil. , but point is that players salaries and stuff salaries rising in the same way ahead. Team can not be dropped everyone member to survive. Seems to me it is not a bug but mistake done in game creation. And i have a Pro packet purchased. No wonder managers can not find interest into the game.

When you promote, you get a sponsor bonus, which is gone after one season. So it looks you get less than you should, but that's not correct. Basically you got more than you should the promoting season.

Thx for response McRoyal. During last 3 days choosing new general sponsor all the offers where around 8 mil. only. Looks it is not fair to be dropped for so low sponsor support.

Some countries, especially smaller ones like Slovenia (by that i mean in terms of number of managers) are having hard time with appointing managers to manage the NT teams in various sports. Usually its the older managers who put in candidature (despite it being usually a burden rather than joy) on the final day(s) just so the national team doesn't go without a manager.

I think its only a matter of time before NT's start going without a manager and that could easily motivate some players to outright lose interest in managing teams and leave, reducing the number of active GM's even more. So it would be a good idea to give some motivation for the managers to actually want to run for the national GMs.

One solution could be to give free 112-day pro pack for the manager who wins the NT elections (no matter if senior or the youth ones). Or if there are any other things you can think of that would give managers iniciative to run it would be beneficial for sure.
