Today our opponent's counter-tactics came out from the second period and America scored a goal 5 seconds to go end and America celebrates the victory 2: 3.
Legend said NO! No more hockey for him
The goalie ends the contract in 7 days and I do not plan to extend the contract for another months. I remember when he caught the division and managed to advance with the team to the TOP division for the first time in history. Mack Gaudreau is a legend of the national team but also in all clubs where he played. When I took him to the team, he was at a level where he was deteriorating rapidly, but it was an honor to have him on the team because he had a name with us.
NTnews-
You may notice new players on the National Team. I want to ask you all about what you won't mind if I play one season in a division with players who should be part of the main team in the coming seasons. I would like to have a young team around 30 years old and get the interplay to be able to choose from the future.
I solved the problem with the lack of medium centers. I really want to thank the capsaicin manager because, like most seasons, he sends me a player report and I have an easier job choosing the team I exactly want. There is a shortage of centers, I hope that a new star will come from the academy (draft) today and will be trained for the National Team.
I want to apologize for my activity lately, there have been a lot of bad things in my life but I'm glad I endured it and could stay here with you on my favorite game. Please respect my grammar in English, I try to write so that you understand me.
Thank you for your understanding and let's keep the US community active please.

You're doing a great job, thanks for what you do for USA!
Why are the starters lined-up today, especially in very high ? They will be burnt for the World Cup, when the games actually matter ...
Hello to you all and thank you for entrusting me with this team! That being said, I use sarcasm a lot. So if you feel I have triggered or slighted you in anyway, just contact me and we'll clear it up. If I can't infuse some humor here and there.....it's gonna be a long season. After looking at the team.....it's gonna be a long season anyways...so smile.
For now I need time to work through what we have in detail.......put some ideas/help into place.....deal with any short term needs like;
1) Filling out our schedule.
2) Culling some players to make room for future
additions.
3) Contact some of you folks privately, who would be
willing to help with different aspects going
forward.
That's it for now......however, I will always be available to anyone who has the teams best interest as their intent, so please feel free to contact me!
I will let you know more when I do,
HH

Howdy to you all once again. The current status is as follows;
1) The schedule has been filled.
2) The final cuts have been made.
3) Capsaican has been selected for the Assistant
Manager position.
4) A quick and dirty line up for this weeks game was
made to get us through this busy time period. Do
not fret about who is where in the line up. It
will all change and begin to follow our plans for
the future as each week comes along.
The next steps for the club include;
1) Play a roster with the youth we do have to gain
experience and the training bonus. We will also be
incorporating different players as they are needed
to have full chemistry when the Championship games
arrive.
2) Begin the task of filling the remaining roster.
a) This could be specialty players for different
situations.....eg. a good d-man with higher
shooting for the Power Play.
b) Start adding youth with a better career
trajectory regarding the future.
c) Do some due diligence in searching for any older
players we may have missed in the past.
d) Begin to re-shape our tactics. This will take
several seasons....but we will start this year at
least. I will not say where we are at with each
type or where we are going to focus going forward.
Other teams will certainly read this.....so bear
in mind that everything posted is with that in mind.
That's it for now. Thanks to all of you who have helped so far!! Cap has been a godsend for the club, so feel free to give him a tip of the cap for me.
Lastly, this is an open process as I see it. So please feel free to contact me with any questions, thoughts, or concerns. I will try and respond as quickly as possible....as some noticed....it took me awhile to get back to them. When decisions need to be made regarding the team, I will focus on that first. However, I will get back to you....and if I do not, please hold me to it and send me a nasty e-mail! I get busy and forgetful these days. Getting old sucks!
HH
P.S.
Just because we cut a player, does not mean he has no chance of being recalled. The deadline for removing players had to be dealt with by today. This created a ton of hard decisions. We can pick up players throughout the year and will do so.

Hello all.
The latest updates regarding the team are as follows;
The roster has been supplemented with the addition of prospects and younger players. This was a very difficult and challenging task. We used many different aspects to determine who to add for the current season.
In an attempt to be inclusive with you all during this season, please find some of the deciding factors that were used to score each candidate;
1) Their remaining longevity, as it applies to
the future of the team was a critical aspect. We
asked every manager to give us their prospects
past longevity drops and at what age....etc. Not
all managers could find the information and some
did not respond. However, there were also several
who sent us their information. A heartfelt
thanks to those who did.
2) Age of the prospect.
3) Experience of the prospect. In addition, the
current and future playing time that each
manager plans to play his prospect.
4) Their individual skill set totals and how they
fit within the desired ratio of each. Basically,
those that apply to the position needed to be
filled. A deeper dive into this thought process;
a) I do not use any characteristics that do
not relate to the players position. An
example would be, not adding the goaltending
attribute number into a forwards final
score.....etc.
b) Scouting and comparing the % training number
allocated to each attribute, that each player
carries for life, when he was pulled from his
sports academy.
With that being said, I do not include the %
numbers for attributes that do not
apply to the position. To try and break it
down a little further, lets look at a goalie
for example sake:
Let's say you have a Goalie with the following;
(Goalie % training is 94%, Pass is 78% and Tech.
is 89%). Taking a look at the Guide and using my
own experiences, I try to use a goalies training
ratio as Goal=100%, vs. 50% Pass. and 50% Tech.
Since the Goalie attribute counts double as
compared to the other two.....I take the G % and
double it. So, in this case, that would equal
188% for G. I then add (Pass at 78% and Tech. at
89%). I then add them together and divide by how
many attributes I am using.....in this case = 4,
because the Goalie is double. Total = 88.8%
average training percentage. I can then compare
this to others in the same position. It is not a
fool proof system, it just gives me some sort of
guidelines to compare players in this area.
e) Each prospects home arena and its corresponding
Facilities and Staff. The caliber of these items
developed by the owner and his/her plans moving
forward effect the prospects score also. As you
know, maxed out Training/Regenerative facilities
and Coaches/Physiotherapists is crucial in
developing players. This all ties in with d)
above.
There were other factors included, but this should give you an good understanding of what due diligence was done. I have all of the scoring for all of the rated players, so if yours did not make it, feel free to contact me and I can explain in detail where he fell short. Again, this is an open process for any USA manager. I cannot detail all aspects of our planning/selection here. However, please feel free to ask, if you desire.
